The 1067 Foundation Launch Cookout

Come join us as we launch on path to community and excellence at the 1067 Foundation Cookout at Gosnold Hope Park!

The 1067 foundation, Inc. aims to improve the lives of youth in the Hampton Roads area all while creating a culture of collaboration and networking amongst our school’s notable alumni. The numbers ‘1067’ not only represent the street number of Bethel High School, but also stand as a symbol of excellence and hope for our youth given the talent that comes out of the area year after year.

Come join us for our kick-off event, Cocktail Hour! The attire is business casual.

On Friday, June 2nd at 5:00 pm at Avenue Blue Piano and Wine Bar, the 1067 Foundation, Inc. will look to host their launch event and first annual fundraiser to support the youth of Hampton Roads. This will be a cocktail hour-style event where we will look to invite a number of donors, investors, and active community figures to help kick start the foundation. We will look to have a press release for the event through the Daily Press, as well as daily promotion on 103 Jamz.

Kick off the summer with The 1067 Foundation Launch Party

Hampton, Virginia, 5/22/17 - Now is the time to mark your calendar for the most awaited event of the summer! On Friday, June 2nd, The 1067 Foundation, Inc. will host their launch event and first annual fundraiser at Avenue Blue Piano and Wine Bar located in Peninsula Town Center at 2330 McMenamin Street, Hampton, Virginia 23666. This will be a cocktail hour-style event featuring notable donors, sponsors, and active community figures to help kick start the foundation in support of the youth of Hampton Roads.

“It’s amazing to see this vision come to life,” says Bacote. “Our team is excited and ready to get to work for our youth.”

The 1067 Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, FOR-PURPOSE organization aimed at improving the lives of youth in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia with a foundation built on networking among Bethel High School’s notable alumni and by establishing a collaborative culture in our community. The namesake of The 1067 Foundation was derived from the street address of Bethel High School, but has transcended into a brand that symbolizes excellence and hope due to the accomplishments made by countless Alumni in their various professions. The organization’s vision is to “provide a future filled with endless possibilities, opportunities, and dreams for our youth.”

“At 1067, we believe we can impact the lives of many of the youth out here in Hampton Roads,” says Jontel Evans, co-founder of the 1067 Foundation. “That’s our goal.”
